How I Engage

Most of my work falls into one of three models:

Lite — One day per week, typically used for light guidance, leadership rhythm, or helping a founder regain clarity. Starts at $5,000/month.

Core — Three days per week, ideal for teams in transition, companies scaling quickly, or fractional COO support with hands-on involvement. Starts at $10,000/month.

Full — Five days per week or full-time interim leadership. Often used during executive transitions, turnarounds, or pre-exit structuring. Starts at $15,000/month.

Need something different? I'm open to alternate structures, including equity or milestone-based models, depending on scope and alignment.
