Our team consists of highly motivated young professionals interlinking David’s twenty years of business experience with specialists from numerous different backgrounds providing for the skill set to help small companies realize their goals. We value clients more than the bottom line and understand the basis for long and sustainable relationships relies on open communication combined with mutual trust and respect. Therefore, we think it is important to introduce ourselves and show you the people behind Synese.

David D. Erlichman

I was born in Tarragona, Spain and lived in several countries including Iran, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands before settling in the US right before college.

I worked full-time during college raising to the rank of director without having achieved a degree. Upon realizing that my growth was limited due to my lack of education, I quit my job, sold my house and went back to school full time completing my B.A. in Business Administration from San Jose State. I then returned to work and shortly thereafter accepted an offer to move up to Seattle which allowed me the work-life balance I needed to complete my MBA.

I completed receiving two MBA degrees, one from Cornell University and one from Queen’s University in May of 2010. I enjoy working with companies where I can utilize my 20 years of extensive operations management experience (9 in Healthcare IT), my education, and my tremendous energy. 

On the side, I enjoy learning new languages (I speak English and Spanish fluently, and basic German and Dutch), I enjoy playing Chess (was ranked 7th in the US in 1989) and Indoor Soccer. I have a wonderful son Eli and two dogs Asterix and Obelix.

Tobias Erlichman

I am a cross-cultural consultant with over ten years of experience in leadership, (online) marketing and strategy. I was born in Amsterdam, the Netherlands and graduated with honors from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (Master of Science in Business Administration) in 2010.

After graduation, I co-founded AmigoAmigo and was able to lead this company from a startup company without any subscribers or contracts to the biggest online marketing platform for students in the Netherlands. This was done by generating a 100% locally generated database of more than 150K users. Being a start-up, I was able to produce the maximum result with minimal recourses by being creative, reduce costs, and meet quality and productivity goals. This enabled me to have a better understanding of the stresses faced by a small business. I have managed multiple aspects of the business including finance, sales, and marketing, am adept at forming strategic partnerships, formulating and managing both on- and offline (marketing) strategies. For five years, I focused on strategies and efficiencies within online marketing, leading operations and defining marketing solutions. Before this, I worked full-time during college being the quickest to become a manager in the store I worked. Soon after I was moved to the flagship store and spent seven years leading operations and managing sales as a store manager in retail.

I take pleasure in learning new languages (I speak English, Dutch and Spanish fluently plus intermediate German, French and currently studying Portuguese). On the side, I enjoy scuba diving (have an advanced open water certification and made over 30 open water dives) and traveling (have made multiple world travels, which in turn gave me a better understanding of the differences between cultures). I have a lovely fiancé Danuse who is working at Hilton and great brother Max who is in the Dutch army airborne division and training to become an officer. 

Bree L. Luther

Bree is a seasoned Coach, Executive Business Partner and passionate HR leader who has a long track record of agility and ingenuity in high tech, startups and Fortune 100 organizations as well as other sectors. Adept at drawing out authentic leadership at all levels; her integral approach to coaching leads to increased personal mastery, collaborative environments, systems thinking, improved accountability and strengthened organizational cultures. Bree breaks the traditional coaching barriers utilizing THE METHOD which locates you in what she calls “the daily hurricane”, helping clients create new pathways for success and increased levels of interpersonal and emotional intelligence. Her love for teaching kindles sparks of possibility by celebrating people’s strengths, drawing out their personal wisdom and focusing on what’s important.
Bree co-founded Project Partners, an Oracle Gold Partner company, and is the President and Founder of Inspired Science Coaching. Foundational to everything, Bree understands the importance and value of trust, innovational and leadership within oneself, in stakeholder relationships, in teams and organizations. She creates an environment where people can proceed courageously while embracing growth and transformation.
